Nikki was in the Christmas parade in Inverness today. IMS was toward the beginning of the parade. It was 2 hours long this year and was very good. We were there at 9:00 and set up by 10:00. It is a good thing we were there early or I would not have had a spot to set up my camera. I made a video of the parade for Nikki because she never gets to see it since she is performing in it with band.
We talked with several other specators until the parade started, all in all it was a very fine day. I can't wait until she is in the high school band and in the parades.

My first blog here
Today has been very busy, but the holidays always are. I had two meeting I needed to attend, one was my first ever board meeting with the CCFPA, the other with RJ's ESE specialist and his teachers. Our goal is to get him on track so that he can succeed in middle school and then high school. My ultimate goal is to get him into college so he can really go places after he graduates. I believe he could really do something good given the chance. Nikki is already on her way, we just need to keep her focused on her goals and she will be very successful.
